Forest is a name that has been synonymous with professional recruitment in the Thames Valley for over 5 decades. It is a privately owned business and comprises four specialist divisions, designed to meet the recruitment needs of all companies in the Thames Valley, from small organisations to large multi-nationals.

We train our staff to the highest standards in the industry and all our consultants are encouraged to gain formal qualifications in Recruitment Practice. They also have experience in the disciplines they represent and often operate as a seamless extension of the client's own recruitment process.

In April 1993, Forest Personnel was the first recruitment agency in the south of England to become an Investor in People. This was in recognition of our commitment to staff development and retention. We have subsequently been re-recognised in April 1996, April 1999 and October 2004, making us the longest holding company of the award in Reading - an achievement of which we are justly proud.

Forest Personnel operates from Cross Keys House in Reading, Berkshire. The building derives its name from its former days as the Cross Keys Hotel, a 19th century coaching inn.
